Our greatest joy is handing the keys to a new owner. We love being part of their dream!
We bought and sold several properties on our own. We realized that we were good at it and thoroughly enjoyed the process. It was then a natural transition to becoming licensed Realtors.
Jan was a career Teacher and Dan worked in the field of Automation Engineering. We ask lots of questions and listen carefully to thoroughly understand our clients' needs and desires. We are detail-oriented, utilize modern technology and have extensive training and experience in understanding the SC Real Estate Contract. We have never had a closing fall-through. That is because we communicate well with all parties involved in the transaction. At the end of the day, we desire to see all parties satisfied and smiling!
