Review Jan has helped us with selling our home back in 2009 and finding one in 2019. She is very professional and knowledgeable with the ever changing real estate market in the Grand Strand area. Jan was with us every step of the way through closing process. She is our go to agent and we'll be working with her again in the future.

Review Our home was sold at a price that was more than competitive and through a process that exceeded our expectations. Jan is honest with her assessments of what to do and when to do it. We strongly recommend her as she knows how to get a house sold.

Review Jan Buess is the epitome of the professional real estate agent. She wrote my listing so well that I wanted to buy my own property from her. From the day of listing, through steady showings, to the closing, Jan handled the entirety from afar via email, voice, texts; my sole appearance was at the attorneys office for the closing! I highly recommend Jan Buess for any real estate needs.

Review My husband and I are moving to South Carolina from Ohio. Our realtor in Ohio was visiting in South Carolina and stopped in to Jan's office to look for an agent for us. She met Jan and was sure she would be a good match for us. She definitely was. She helped my husband, daughter and I find the perfect condo for our retirement. Her knowledge of the area is extensive and she was always quick to respond to my questions of which there were many. We have had very limited experience in buying and selling property and she was able to walk us through the long distance procedure very easily. We would definitely recommen Jan to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

Review We worked with Jan from a distance. She went above and beyond to help us with our needs. She worked hard for us and understood we were far away and unable to travel easily. We were thrilled with what she found us, and can not wait to use her services again.

Review I can't say enough wonderful things about Jan. She was extremely responsive, patient and knowledgeable. She knows the area very well and helped us close on my Dream home. Even after the sale was done she helped me with local recommendations for blinds, pool, places to eat, etc. I have bought and sold quite a few homes and by far this was the most seamless.
