He walked us through 18 homes in 3 days, exhibiting boundless patience and energy as he got to know us and what we were looking for, and we left after a week with an accepted offer. When we permanently relocated to the valley 14 months later, Jamison assisted with the purchase of another house. He has also provided valuable advice to us as we put our first house up for rent. Seven years later we found ourselves relocating again and needing to sell. We never even considered working with another realtor. As a seller's representative, Jamisons expertise and feel for the business was absolutely apparent, and his patience in full display as he successfully navigated us through the difficult and emotional process of selling to move out of state. I had a conversation with him about our budget and where we wanted to be. He is very knowledgeable about the market and what the gap was in our budget as to where we wanted to be. We were able to get our budget aligned with our neighborhood of choice. When I gave him the information on our commutes and our sons future kindergarten he was able to find exactly what we needed in a perfect location for work and school.Jamison and Dustin both were very helpful throughout the process. Jamison is forthright and motivated. I think those are excellent and important qualities in this market. I couldn't recommend the Briley Brothers more in your quest for a home.

He provided a video walk thru and was available frequently by text. Same with financing via text messaging. If you travel a lot you know, its important to make the most of your technology to save time and access opportunities when they present themselves. These two offices were quick, responsive, and accurate. Appraisal and Inspection were completed without delay. If youre looking for an investment property, Jamison and Andrea were excellent help. Title signing accomplished while away at work, notary sent to the hotel and docs completed in one hour. I didnt know it could be done so quickly in this manner, and it was pretty seamless. As long as you have network access to your financial verification docs. Great experience overall.
