ZillowVERIFIEDJamila was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and professional, she guided us from our first questions about how to spruce up the house before listing, through the negotiations (which she is awesome at), and right to the closing. She did such an amazing job marketing our open house, we had a great turnout and a solid offer the next day. We would use her again and would recommend this dynamic go-getter to anyone looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Jamila was a wonderful realtor to work with! She was very accommodating to our schedules, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. She was involved the whole way through, and there was a deep level of trust from the beginning. Jamila helped us find our first home as a married couple, and listened intently to what home would fit our needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Jamila was absolutely wonderful! My house had a homeowners claim while under contract. That added a layer of difficulty to the entire process, however, Jamila handled this situation effectively and efficiently. She orchestrated and met vendors at my house for multiple bids, always going above and beyond. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Jamila was always quick to respond to my questions along the way. I cannot thank her enough for assisting me and I highly recommend her!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jamila went above and beyond to help me find the right home for me. I was very picky in what I wanted. She showed me countless homes and never complained when I would ask to see another one. She was prompt in answering any questions or concerns I had and if she didn't have an answer, she went out of her way to get it for me. I highly recommend using her services if you're in the market to buy or sell a home. Matt

ZillowVERIFIED I purchased my SoCo condominium in late 2022. Jamila represented me as buying agent. The transaction included one concern that could have resulted in my withdrawal. Jamila carefully threaded a solution, agreeable to both parties. Less than a year later, I found myself with the need to sell the condominium. Of course, I chose Jamila to represent me; this time as selling agent. In the eleventh hour of the close of a sale, Jamila notified me that the buyer's underwriter had canceled their participation, jeopardizing my purchase of another home. Within twenty-four hours, Jamila dug into her inventory of interested buyers. Within days, Jamila had another purchase proposal set up. I closed within the next five weeks; thanks to Jamila's effort. There are real estate agents...and then there is Jamila. Don't settle for less!

ZillowVERIFIED We couldnt have had a better real estate professional. For over a year Jamila worked tirelessly running to homes and doing videos, or meeting different family members for us since we were out of state. She literally drive one end of Missouri to the other without a complaint. I truly appreciated her optimism as we were getting discouraged in being out-bid, or, seeing pictures posted that didnt truly look as appeared in a listing. I would recommend Jamila to all family, and friends that are looking in todays market. She is truly a professional and knows how to get things done.

ZillowVERIFIED Jamila went above and beyond to help me sell my condo and to find the perfect house to buy. She was able to connect me with several different professionals to help not only with cleaning out excess stuff but also with painting and other prep work to sell the condo. There were a lot of moving parts throughout the process, but she helped get me into contact with all the right people at just the right times. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Jamila was an incredibly energetic champion in selling our rental home. We live out of state and Jamila helped us in identifying a handyman and stager to prepare the home for sale. She went above and beyond, delivering flyers around the neighborhood as the home hit the market. She was responsive and clearly communicated throughout the process. We were pleased to close with over-asking and no contingencies. If we had another property in the area, we would definitely turn to Jamila again.

ZillowVERIFIED Jamila was recommended to us by a friend. She quickly visited with us and put together some comps and made suggestions on what we should focus on. She staged our home and held an open house. After making the repairs she mentioned our home sold quickly. Would definitely recommend Jamila to others attempting to sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Four stars for local knowledge is only because she was not from our area so we don't hold it against her. Jamila is the right agent for anyone who does not want to deal with a stuffed shirt who enjoys hearing their own head rattle. She is a warm, friendly personality with a positive "can do"attitude. We were dealing with a very difficult buyer for our property and had it not been for Jamila's calm reassurances in many aggravating situations my husband and I would have dropped the whole thing. I believe she truly cares about her clients as people not just as a transaction to be gotten through. Thank you Jamila.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a joy working with Jamila. We needed to make and close the deal very quickly so having access to someone who would make us feel as though we were the priority was critical. She was very responsive and incredibly engaged. In our deal she represented both us (the buyer) and (the seller). Under those circumstances, she did the best that she possibly could to ensure that both parties were happy with the outcomes. With that said, she has continued to seek ways to go above and beyond in order to earn our continued business.

ZillowVERIFIED 5 stars all around. Already have recommended Jamila to several friends and will be calling her back for my next real estate project in a few months. She just helped me buy an investment property in Lemay. It was a foreclosure and a cash sale, so not the average transaction. Start to finish, she was on the ball. Tenacious, conscientious and actively driving the (selling) bank towards my goal of an early closing date, which she made happen. Initially she showed me properties all over the greater metro area and had good advice when I needed it. Now that the closing has gone off without any problems, I look forward to working with her again soon.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Jamila was very pleasant and enjoyable she made sure that the right place was found for us in the short amount of time that I had to be able to find that place she didn't hesitate to take us out on several occasions to look at countless houses all in one day. She took the time to find out what I was looking for and in some cases it was more along the lines of her taking the time to help me find out what I wanted. And it was more than just finding a house for us to her it was about building a relationship and taking the time to genuinely get to know who we are I will definitely recommend her to anyone that I talk to that is looking to either sell or buy a house
