Our last home had been something of a negative experience, and Jamie always took our reservations and concerns seriously. She was highly responsive regardless of the hour. Jamie strikes me as a sweet and caring person but at the same time we didn't feel as though that came at the expense of her being a determined negotiator and advocate for our interests. We'd happily work with Jamie again any time and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED What can I say about Jamie without sounding like the biggest fangirl ever? That?s a bit hard to do because Jamie really went above and beyond. Selling our house sort of came out of nowhere. Medical issues demanded we move out of state and we went from planning our retirement in San Antonio to trying to sell our house in just three months. In comes Jamie. I?d never sold a house before, and my partner was just as in the blind and had grand ideas about how much we could sell the house for. Jamie sat us down on our initial visit and quickly she laid out the groundwork. Jamie didn?t shy away from resetting our expectations about selling the house. While this dampened my partner?s hopes, initially, it helped put my mind at ease. Jamie isn?t a ?yes? person. She laid out the reality of home selling and tempered our expectations while doing everything she could to ensure success on our selling. Thoughtful, knowledgeable, and diligent. Jamie walked us through each part of the process from the initial paperwork, to putting us in contact with contractors to assist with last-minute issues around the house, and personally coming in and dressing the house for the viewings. And in the end, when it came time to go to market, we had an offer within two days and we were under contract two days after that for more than what we asked because we listened to Jamie. She walked us through every aspect of the closing and was always available for any of our concerns or questions. A month later Jamie congratulated us on selling our home and we couldn?t have done it without her. If you?re not sure how the housing market works, and you?re looking for a motivated and unbelievably helpful realtor then I can?t suggest anyone else besides Jamie.

It was a stressful time because we had just put money into the home and we needed to sell as quickly as possible to move on with our lives. We had spoken to other realtors who said it was not the right time of year and to try again in the spring. Jamie not only said no problem, but she came with an array of helpful suggestions. She paired us with a stager who made the home look and feel like a model. Turning our 6 month sale into an instant sale. Not only did she take care of everything, but while we were out of town she took care of the property, cleaning and yard maintenance. We truly couldn't have done it without her. Listen to her recommendations, though staging cost a little bit of extra money up from we made it back with the quick sale.
