ZillowVERIFIEDI wholeheartedly recommend Jamie Seneca at Reset Real Estate as a realtor. As someone who has recently gone through the process of selling a property, we can attest to the fact that it can be a daunting and overwhelming experience. However, thanks to Jamie and her teamaEUR~s expertise and dedication, our experience was nothing short of a success. Jamie took the time to understand our specific needs and goals and provided valuable advice and guidance throughout the entire process. She listened attentively to our concerns and provided answers to all our questions in a timely and professional manner. Before Jamie, we signed with another realtor. The house was on the market for six months and had no activity. Jamie is extremely knowledgeable about the current market trends and she knew how to effectively market our property to attract a large pool of potential buyers. She went above and beyond to ensure that our property was presented in the best possible light and she was relentless to find the right buyer. Thanks to Jamies tireless efforts, our property sold quickly. We had more potential buyer signing up to view our home in one week then we had in any given month before. In one month we were under contract with a solid buyer! The entire process went smoothly and stress-free and we could not be happier with the results. In addition to her expertise, Jamie also demonstrated a high level of integrity and professionalism throughout the process. She truly had our best interest at heart and we could not be more grateful for her hard work and dedication. We highly recommend Jamie and her team at Reset Real Estate to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. She is a true professional and will work tirelessly to ensure that her clients needs are met. We have never felt more secure in knowing that the best people were working for us !!

ZillowVERIFIED Jamie is a difference maker. She was able to sell my condo for the highest sale EVER in the building, during a rough market. Originally, I thought I was going to be able to sell my condo on my own, and was about to make a really bad deal with many contingencies in the deal at a much lower price because i thought i needed to drop the price as I wasn't getting any offers when interest rose and the market slowed down. I was anxious as I already was under contract for a house and needed to sell my condo before closing on the house. I decided to give Jamie a call and it was the best decision I EVER made. Jamie ended up selling my condo for $65k more than I was about to sell it for. A lot of people think hiring a realtor is giving money away but she not only paid for herself, but I got tens of thousands of dollars more in my pocket as well, AND she got me a CASH buyer with NO contingencies. I got everything I wanted AND everything I didn't even know I wanted. She made recommendations for the contract that protected me and took care of any unforeseen obstacles that may arise during the process. Her communication is efficient which gave me peace of mind during the process, and negotiating skills are impressive and polished. You can tell that Jamie takes pride in her work and has perfected her craft, which allows her to have many advantages in the market. Jamie has taught me how much of a difference it makes in regards to the realtor you choose. I am a client for life and highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Bryan is not only an excellent realtor, but an exceptional human being. He is extremely knowledgeable and very energetic. His experience shows. Bryan was very patient with us, very helpful in getting our house ready to sell, amazing professional pictures were taken of our house, and always responded to any questions we had. The house went on the market and within 4 days we had 27 offers and closed within 30 days. He made us feel like we were his #1 priority . It was a true pleasure working with Bryan and the Jamie Seneca Team.

ZillowVERIFIED Jamie Seneca listed our home in Tamarac, which we had owned as a vacation home for eleven years and had been in our family for over forty years. We were not very experienced in buying or selling real estate. With the house in the family so long, we needed to aEURoedeclutteraEUR?. Jamie is extremely knowledgeable and energetic and provided excellent advice in guiding us through all the steps involved in the sale of our home. She evaluated the market and assisted in establishing a realistic selling price. We received advice on how to prepare the property for sale and if we did not know a resource to perform needed work she recommended one. We didnt want an agent who would list our property, put a lock box on our door and wait for someone else to sell it. Jamie worked around our requirements for showing the house. She ensured that all the steps in preparing the house for sale are accomplished in a timely manner. I She listed the home and advertised an Open House over a weekend. Professional pictures were taken. It was well marketed and there was an excellent turnout. We received multiple offers including offers over the asking price. She helped us evaluate the offers and select one that closed on schedule. Without Jamies knowledgeability, marketing skill and energy we would not have had such a successful experience. I strongly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED We absolutely loved Brendan. From the moment we met, Brendan treated us like family. He was honest, hard-working, friendly and knowledgeable. We cannot thank him enough for everything he did for us throughout the whole process of buying a home. We are forever grateful that our friends recommended Brendan and the Jamie Seneca Team to us! Brendan worked day and night to help us find our home. Any time we had a question, Brendan was there with an answer - even on his wedding anniversary!! We bought a home out of state and Brendan always made sure he was ready and available to help and answer all of our questions despite the difference in time zones. As first time home buyers Brendan did everything in his power to make sure we had a stress-free experience and closing. We needed someone to guide us through all the steps and Brendan was the perfect person for the job. Brendan was kind, patient and accommodating every step of the way. He knows so much about real estate and everything you have to do to secure your dream home in this insane market. He is confident and helped so much with assessing the fair value of each property we looked at. Brendan was a fierce negotiator and worked really well with the selling agents to provide us all the intel we didn't even know we needed. We wholeheartedly recommend him and the Jamie Seneca Team with every fiber of our being.

ZillowVERIFIED Jamie and her team helped me tremendously in the middle of the pandemic sell two houses and buy another one! This was a huge deal because of the high paced, crazy environment we were working with. I must say she has very good knowledge of her industry, was very responsive and creative, answered all my questions and kept us informed of all the steps. She provided good references for several ancillary services needed (mortgage, electrician, handy man etc). Her team was the best keeping constant communication. I highly recommended Jamie Seneca for your future real estate needs. You wont be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Jamie is the secret weapon you didnt know you needed!Ive bought and sold a couple houses in the last 6 years and the only person that comes to mind when the need arises is Jamie. She is dialed into the market, is able to translate your wants into actionable plans while keeping you firmly grounded on what is really possible. She is a staunch negotiator and knows how to get your offer to the top of the pile, which is particularly important is this crazy market. In short, she is your greatest advocate and will fight to get you over the hurdles and through the finish line. It doesnt just stop there though, she has a ton of contacts pre and post close that will make the entire process as smooth as youve ever encountered. Highly highly recommend her and her powerhouse team

ZillowVERIFIED Are you looking for a professional, knowledgeable and dedicated full-time realtor to sell your property? Look no further than Jamie Seneca and her team! After touring my home Jamie clearly laid out her sales plan; she was full of ideas and suggestions for the marketing and selling of my property. I knew immediately she was the realtor for me. With her impressive knowledge of the market in my area she suggested a most satisfactory listing price and immediately got to work arranging the photos and video. Jamie held a very well attended open house replete with freshly baked cookies, after which she confidently mentioned that the house would sell in about 2 weeks. Despite the pandemic the contract was signed within 2 weeks at full list price. Jamie and her team kept me up to date throughout the entire process, and always responded to my calls immediately! The buyers asked to close earlier than originally planned and Jamie and her team made sure that it happened to the satisfaction of both buyer and seller. This was the most stress-free sale and closing that Ive been through, despite a pandemic, and although the cookies were delicious, I really must give full credit to Jamie Seneca and her wonderful team!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have been casually looking for our first home for about 2-3 years. We had trouble finding a realtor that we could trust. They were either not responsive or didnt understand the vision we had for our home. We became so overwhelmed, each time we stopped looking from so much discouragement. I followed Jamie on social media 2 years ago and I knew she was going to be the one to find our home. This year we decided to actively look and contacted Jamie to help us. Within 24 hours, we found our home! Thanks to her video walkthroughs, I was able to see our perfect home before the open house and express to Jamie how much we loved it! That weekend, we made our offer and bought our home! Jamie made the process so seamless and easy and stress free. She is always readily available, responsive, and has a wonderful and positive attitude. I highly recommend working with her! Shes the best in the business BY FAR
