She went on to add that they were the most expensive around, which turned out to be true. She then goes on to mention that she knows someone that can help. Want to add that she and I came up with the same asking price of $265k.Was she ever right regarding the roof!!! Roof looks awesome as well as some upgrades, to include drip edge and roof/ridge vents!!We would have been down $10k plus out of pocket, if not for Jamie and the referral.In closing, Jamie was in close contact with me the whole way.
