My wife and I got in touch with Jamie well over a year ago when we were just starting to consider buying a home. She began with staging suggestions that led to incredible photos and an imaginative video of our home and all the lake offers. She then was very proactive with two open houses, signage, and showings. If we did not respond immediately to a request fo a showing on the web site, she would text or call to make sure that we had every opportunity to showcase our home. When the inspection report came in that we needed to have an electrician for repair she had a commitment and a quote from a local electrician for us in a few hours. From start to finish, she worked hard to sell our home for top dollar, the final purchase price was very close to the listing price insuring that she didn't pad the bid to gain our business, but she had a real perspective of what our home should sell for. We would use her services again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED I actually didnt even know Jamie, but met her through a classmate that I hadnt seen for 40 years, she told me her niece was a top real estate agent getting recognition at an event in Las Vegas for being a top real estate broker. We had a family trust piece of property that was on the market a few years ago and never had any traction, my Aunt and Uncle who were getting into their 80s wanting to sell this property and get it off the trust, my classmate gave me Jamies number, I called and within a few days contacted me, she found the comps, told us what it was worth, and we signed her up to be our representative, within 2 weeks we had a cash offer, but this is where it got complicated and where Jamie really shined!! The trust was in 4 families names with 13 recipients all scattered across the USA, they had to add some of us to the trust. It had to add some of us to the register of deeds, notarized, sent in, the closing documents sent out to everyone, it was like herding cats. But Jamie stayed on top of the situations that were occurring, pushed out the closing date, she went above and beyond our expectations to complete this sale of our property, which in all honesty wasnt a large sum of money in her pocket!! I would highly recommend Jamie for any kind of property that you have to sell or buy, and when the time comes to sell my house, she will be the first call!!
