Tyler overall was very responsive. However, I did nearly all the looking online. Tyler only did when asked a few months in. The follow through at closing was poor. I found out the taxes were not paid for the prior year prior to close or even months after close. I thought Tyler would at least have saw it through when it was a question I kept asking as a first time home buyer. Overall, he did the paperwork and scheduling tours. I needed more than that.
