This all happened while I was out of the country or state, and she took care of absolutely everything. She was so unbelievably helpful and it was such a relief to have her overseeing everything from small repairs to dealing with my very irritating HOA. My Condo sold within 3 days and I received multiple offers. I was never stressed out, and I never set foot in San Diego the entire time. I will never use anyone besides Jamie, and will recommend her to all my friends and family in the future!

She showed us several that we missed out on, but Jamie was very persistent, called several expired listings and convinced the seller to re-open her listing just for us. It turns out this was the perfect 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo for Chris and they accepted our offer! Of course, this was just the beginning of all the signatures, inspections, loan paperwork, HOA details, escrow, insurance, and a hundred other issues and small problems.
