Jamie really listened to understand what it was that we were looking for in a home and yet respectfully offered expert advice when we needed it. He kept our must-haves in mind, kindly pushed us when he felt we were settling and in the end, he was key in helping us find the perfect home. Throughout the negotiation process, Jamie guided us in what was reasonable and educated us on how to think about what we were asking for in relation to our specific market. Even with several back and forths with the seller, it was a smooth process and Jamie was attentive to every detail. Jamie is a caring, level headed expert who you want by your side through the home buying process.

We had a great single family home in a nice location. When trying to sell our house the first time with another Realtor, potential buyers always seemed to find an issue with the house though that prevented them from making an offer. That all changed with Jamie though. Jamie listened to what we wanted out of a sale and formulated a plan that worked for us. We had an offer on our house after only 6 days on the market. Jamie was great and easy to work with. Any issue that came up during the sale Jamie always had a solution for that worked for us and we got the house sold.
