ZillowVERIFIEDWe couldnt have asked for a better agent than Christin Kaufman to help us sell our home. Our transaction turned out to be far more challenging than we ever expected. We were dealing with an extremely demanding buyer and what seemed like an endless stream of questions, concerns, and new requests.A Through all of it, Christin was fantastic. She stayed calm, kept us focused on the end goal, helped us separate the important issues from the noise, and guided us through every new twist without letting the process get off track. She was always responsive, patient, and willing to talk through our options. Anyone can look like a great real estate agent when a transaction goes perfectly. You really learn the value of your agent when things get difficult. Christin proved her value to us over and over again and ultimately helped us get across the finish line. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us and would recommend Christin without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Kelly W. on Jamies team and we could not be happier! We moved to the area from out of state and we originally had a completely different idea about what we wanted price wise. Kelly spent the summer working with us and introduced us to some areas we werent considering previously, opening up our search in the best way. Kelly is also very personable as well and we really enjoyed spending that time with her. She works so hard and was always looking to help us get into a house to see as soon as possible. We really enjoyed our experience and we will be reaching out to her again if we ever move. She really helped us find a house we enjoy and helped us become familiar with a new area. Thank you Kelly!

ZillowVERIFIED I am writing to share my experience working with Kelly Wietzema who was recommended to me by my cousin. After renting for years, I decided it was time to buy a home. As a first-time homebuyer, Kelly was incredibly patient and thorough in answering all of my questions. She was fantastic during property viewings, pointing out important details that I would not have known to look for. It was clear that she truly wanted me to find the right place rather than just make a sale, and she was never pushy. She helped make the whole process seamless. I will definitely work with Kelly and the Hering team again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you again Kelly Wietzema!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jamie helped us navigate a unique buying and selling situation with speed and amazing knowledge. She sailed the ship so smoothly and we were able to complete all the transactions quickly and efficiently! She helped us sell speedily 8 years ago, and as soon as we knew we wanted to move again we immediately reached out to her. Her knowledge of the Grayslake area is unmatched. She is also fun and has great stories!

ZillowVERIFIED Kristina Zobrist is hands-down one of the best realtors we have ever worked with. She truly went above and beyond to help us with the sale our home. From day one, she was incredibly responsive, deeply knowledgeable about the local market, and fiercely advocated for our interests.A From the moment we listed, her strategy blew us away, and we were under contract in just days. She made the entire process entirely stress-free. She turned what could have been a stressful process into a seamless experience. If you want an agent who genuinely cares and gets results, I would highly recommend Kristina!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Allison for almost two years looking for our first home. She was very patient with us and always available to take us to showings. She's from the area and has a lot of great resources (local inspectors, attorneys, etc). We knew we could trust Allison and weren't afraid to ask her any questions we had since this was all new to us. She is very approachable and responsive. I would most definitely recommended working with Allison and The Hering Homes team if you are looking to buy or sell!

ZillowVERIFIED The Hering Homes Team was amazing to work with from start to finish. Jamie was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and best of all, she got our home SOLD in record time! My husband was hesitant when choosing an agent but within 48 hours of going live, our listing had 5x the amount of views on Zillow as our next door neighbor had in nearly two weeks on the market. Hubby dubbed it the aEURoeJamie effectaEUR? because she marketed the property everywhere. Social media, websites, private referral groups, etc. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Jamie or anyone else in her team when choosing a realtor to sell your home!

ZillowVERIFIED I used Jamie and Becky to buy and sell our home. From the beginning, Jamie met with us and made some easy suggestions for getting top dollar. Things we thought we had to do, she told us not to which made us happy! Then her stager Christina came in and did a fabulous job by adding art, pillows, and accessories to our home which made it look like a model home! It went under contract right away! The photo were gorgeous! We used Becky on the team to help us find our next home and were thrilled! She was responsive and got us into houses right away. We wrote a solid offer and it was accepted! I thought this process was going to be stressful but Jamie and her team made it easy!

ZillowVERIFIED Jamie Hering far exceeded my expectations as a realtor. As an out of town home seller I was nervous heading into the process. My home needed some work and I could sell it 'as is' or I could make some improvements to maximize the value of the property. Jamie laid out the options and gave her recommendation. She even volunteered to serve as a project manager for the improvements since I was 1500 miles away. I knew right then and there that I had selected the right realtor. She wanted my business and was going to work hard to help me get the most out of my property. Her communication was on point, her follow through was impressive, and the end result was better than I could have imagined. I wish there were 10 stars I could give her and her team. Do yourself a favor and give Jamie a chance when buying or selling a home. You won't be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Jamie and her team were top notch from the start. Came in with an honest opinion of our house and gave us suggestions on what to do before we put it up on the market. Once the house was on the market it was sold within days and while we were on vacation. ZillowVERIFIED We had the pleasure of dealing with one of the finest realtors in N.IL Jodi Cinq-Mars, she is a true joy to work with & an even better person!! Throughout our entire experience of selling our long time home and finding a new one, Jodi was there every step of the way. Always willing to show us another place, offering reassurances and fighting for the best price for our home. Laurie and I know that we were able to get thru all craziness of dealing w/a sale/purchase because of Jodi. We'd also like to give a special shout out to Brandi Kornit and Jamie Hering for making our home look like a show case! The Hering Homes Team and Jodi Cinq-Mars, are the folks you want representing you for all your real estate needs.
