ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Jamie as your agent. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all my questions, which I had many of, being a single female buying a house. He helped me step by step in what I needed to do. He was always available with short notice to look at houses. He knew when the asking price was too high, or if it was a good deal since he was also an appraiser. He was very patient with me since it took a lot of showings before I found the right house. My bank also recommended him and said he was very good. He was always on time for the showings and was willing to go above and beyond what was expected of him. He knows a lot of people in the community who can help with aEURoefixingaEUR? things whether it be plumbing, electrical, cement work etc. which is very helpful. This was my first time buying a house and am very pleased with the process and thankfully I had Jamie to help me along the way. I would give 10 stars if I could!

When looking at houses, he gave us houses that meet our criteria and when our ideas changed he was ready with houses we could look at. Jamie helped us find our new house and helped us through the process of selling and buying a house at the same time. He alleviated the stress by taking care of all of the details - closing times for both properties, and working with the bank, buyer and builder. ZillowVERIFIED I'll start by saying that I'm not the easiest customer to please. I'm picky, slow, and indecisive. I ask far too many questions and mull over things that don't really matter. Needless to say, Jamie's work was cut out for him the moment we met. That being said, Jamie never missed a beat. He was always on time, and always quick to answer any questions I had along the way. His local knowledge is second to none being he grew up in the area. When asked for his honest opinion, he gave it. I can say that my house buying experience went about as smooth as it possibly could and I have Jamie to thank for that. If you were to ask me if I would recommend Mr. Gerdes. Absolutely! He showed us houses multiple weekends and even sat with us through our entire closing. We were looking for houses in very competitive Sartell market and he sent us new listings within minutes of going on the market. He has a lot of local knowledge of the housing market and knows how to close the deal!
