We have continued our relationship with Jamie over the years as he continued to provide us with annual meetings to evaluate our home in the real estate market which included annual pricing updates based on market comps. We decided to upgrade to a newer and larger home this year as the current house no longer met our needs. Jamie was able to get us into our desired house first and guided us with the offer writing process to lock down the house before a second showing was able to come through the house. Jamie then leveraged his contacts so we were able to get our house on the market. We took a backseat approach and listened to Jamie with the house staging, showings, and offer review processes. We listed on a Friday and reviewed offers on Monday. We had 46 showings and 18 offers on our home. We accepted an offer that was $37,500 over list. Jamie guided us through the entire steps including creating a timeline for milestones during the process. My wife and I are both busy professionals, so having Jamie in our corner with his extensive contacts and knowledge of the industry and current market brought a ton of value to us and ultimately landed us in our dream home. The commute was easy but our heart was always in St Matthews, close to our church, school, and village of friends. When we decided to finally make the move, we didnt think of anyone but Jamie Gardner and Gardner and Brunstetter Properties. We first reached out to Jamie when a house popped up that seemed perfect. We werent ready to sell our house and that house sold too fast for us but set the wheels in motion. We are so glad it did. The perfect house for our family went on the market a few months later. Jamie sent it to us right away and we were in the house early the day it was listed. We immediately submitted an offer but the sellers realtor told us they were waiting a few days to review contracts. Thanks to our Jamies expertise and experience, he helped negotiate a contract that was accepted over seven other offers and was still well below appraised value! Jamie and his assistant Ashley offered excellent advice to help us get our home prepped and ready to sell. Our goal was to sell first but finding our perfect house changed those plans. We followed their recommendations and our house had 15 showings and was under contract within 24 hours. We cant recommend A Gardner and Brunstetter Properties any higher. While we feel they found us our forever home, wed use them again in a minute.
