Prior to listing our home, Jamie made several suggestions for staging the interior most effectively, and also advised us on a few decorating tips that were quite helpful in getting top dollar for our home. The MLS listing for our home went live on a Thursday afternoon. Within 4 hours our house had been shown, and it was sold to the first buyer to see our home. Because of Jamie's recommendations the buyer's offer was over our asking price. As is the case in many home sales, there were a couple of "bumps" but Jamie's expert approach helped us to negotiate solutions that were amenable to both us and the buyers. Jamie was always available, even when we had questions late at night. We are highly satisfied with her and would recommend her to anyone trying to sell their home.
