But when we overheard someone in our neighborhood was coming on the market, we knew it was time to pull the trigger. Jamie dropped everything to get us listed within 36 hours. Wow, did it pay off. We got several great offers (in just 6 days), and ended up selling for more than the other home down the road. She gave us tips on how to prepare to purchase a home during our renting phase. Fast forward to 2020, we were ready to become homeowners. I archived my 2016 emails for her information and she was shocked that we still remembered her wonderful service. So, how is she as a realtor? Shes PATIENT and tried to understand our personalities and ideal home. When she sensed we were hesitant or settling, she spoke her mind so we wouldnt have any regrets. Review Jamie has been excellent to work with as both a seller's agent and a buyer's agent. This review focuses on our experience with Jamie as a buyer's agent in our search for our new family farm. Jamie started showing us potential homes while our former home was under contract to be sold. From the very first property we wanted to tour, Jamie was so willing to coordinate the tour and meet with us. We called and an hour later we were pulling up to the house. I think this alone goes a long way in saying how much Jamie attempts to be flexible for her clients and to make sure she gives them the best chance to buy their desired property. That first home didn't exactly hit all the marks for us and it actually took us nearly 10 months to find and close on our dream property. This duration is certainly not always typical, but the farm properties that interested us don't come around quite as frequently as some other styles. Throughout that time, Jamie never made us feel rushed to buy and seamlessly continued to aid in our home search when multiple properties fell through on us for one reason or another. Jamie also isn't afraid to convey the hard truth about property downsides and pitfalls. Thankfully, Jamie likely saved us hundreds of thousands from buying properties with hidden 'issues'. That made things even sweeter when we did find our dream property and we were glad to have Jamie on our side. Jamie guided us throughout the entire buying process - purchase contracts, inspection scheduling, settlement details, and anything else you can imagine (like checking that your house has internet access, which our did not!). Jamie was also able to tailor her tone to match that needed with each seller that we dealt with for negotiations. Not only did Jamie helped us to close our deal in a very timely manner, but also to maximize the credits we received from the seller from due diligence and inspections.
