Once time came for us to ensure we had a buyers realtor, I think Jamie was an obvious choice. She guided us through the whole process, knew what the catches were and warned us about things that needed looking into. Not just that, her network of professionals is extensive - case in point, after inspection, we saw a higher level of radon in the unit we were looking at (the one we now live in) - Jamie made sure we got the Radon mitigation experts, electricians to give us quotes on short notice and also get work done in a quality manner at a reasonable price.
