ZillowVERIFIED Really appreciate Jamie as our realtor in selling our house in Dubuque. She is knowledgeable, professional, and timely in communications with us throughout the process. She was also able to refer other services we needed as we were relocating from Dubuque, helping make our move go smoothly. We were able close remotely after we had relocated. We absolutely recommend Jamie at Re/Max and would use her services again if moving to/from the Dubuque area. Thanks again!

ZillowVERIFIED Jamie was so wonderful to work with. She showed us houses for 3 years till we found the perfect home for our family. She is so kind and thoughtful. She knew our kids and was very knowledgeable about all the homes. She knew exactly what we were looking for and we found the perfect house. She is a great realtor to work with and she is always looking out for us and never tried to push us into buying a house out of our budget or something she thought was overpriced. Again, she is amazing to work with!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jamie was a highly-valued partner in selling my parents home of 57 years. She listened and understood both their needs and mine and respected both throughout the process. She had a good grasp on the Dubuque real estate market and helped guide us through the various decisions. Finally, she went above and beyond to lighten my load as an out-of-town liaison between her and my parents. Her network of various service providers in the Dubuque area and her ability to meet with my parents when necessary, without over-burdening them with unnecessary details was very much appreciated.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough positive things about Jamie. I have worked with her through a home purchase and a sale. For our purchase, the seller was a relocation company. Something I had zero experience with. Jamie was so knowledgeable and helped us navigate the purchase with ease. For our home sale, she had our home under contract before it even hit the market! Zero hassles with home showings and open houses was such a blessing for our busy family and 2 small children who would make keeping our home tidy a real task. She has helped us with contacts for all kinds of home needs as well and is very very clearly well connected with the local community. I would very highly recommend her to anyone in the area. She is easily my favorite realtor I have worked with. Thank you Jamie!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jamie was extremely professional and thorough in working with us. She was highly motivated and gave us great advice throughout the process. From the beginning, Jamie mentored us on how to prep and position for the sale of our home (declutter, clean, gather historical details of our furnace, a/c, roof, windows, appliances, etc and have this info readily available). She highly recommended if we receive notification of a showing, to accept it and allow for the showing. Jamie kept us informed at all times of showings, possible interest, reviews, and any paperwork. She made the selling of our home easy for us!Thanks again!

ZillowVERIFIED In my lifetime, I have owned a dozen new, used, and custom homes in several different states, so I have worked with several different agents. Jamie, is the best by far of them all. I've never had any of them treat me with so much care. Most of them , once you sign on the dotted line, their gone or have forgotten your name. If, anyone is thinking of moving to Dubuque area......Jamie is the person to contact.Roger Cox

ZillowVERIFIED Words cannot explain how great of a job Jamie Blake did selling our house. My husband and I were not in the market for new home. We were always looking but the houses in our price range and location were hard to come by. We happened to see our dream home on our drive to my in laws and went to the open house. We instantly fell in love. But the real kicker was getting our home ready to sell. Within 24 hours Jamie was at our previous house getting information together before it went on the market. We had 2 more walk throughs of our current home and Jamie was ALWAYS available. She gave great advice on what we needed to do to get really sell. With our house going on the market between Christmas and New Years, we didn't think we would get a whole lot of interest. Once our house went on the market it was not long for our showings to begin. On the second day of having our house on the market, we accepted an offer. One of the main reasons why our house sold was the exposer Jamie did. From Facebook to billboards, our old house was seen by many. If you want a realtor that will always have your best interests at heart and move the sale of your home fast Jamie is your girl. You cannot go wrong with her being your realtor. Over the course of 2-3 months of working with her, it felt like she was apart of our family. My daughter absolutely adored her. I will be choosing Jamie in the future if we would ever decide to move.

ZillowVERIFIED Jamie was nothing but helpful with the sale of our home, which was sold in just 24 hours! When we went to buy a new house for our growing family she was patient as it took us sometime with looking at multiple houses for months on end. We are thankful that she did not lose sight and did not give up on us. She worked hours on end and even at moments notice she would answer any questions that we had, even it was late at night.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Jamie while living out of state to help us find a new home in Dubuque. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way to help handle any issues with our purchase for us locally while we were still out of state. Her flexibility and ability to accommodate viewings and meetings with us when we would be in town on short notice was much appreciated. In addition to her professional efforts, both she and Vanessa were great to work with on a personal level. They were genuine, easy to talk to, and made what could have been a very stressful and overwhelming process as smooth as possible!

ZillowVERIFIED In Fall 2017 my grandma sold her house to move into a smaller apartment. Jamie was our listing agent and the house sold within 48 hours. Jamie was wonderful to work with and really helped everything go smoothly. A few months later my wife and I decided to start shopping for our first home and decided to give Jamie a call. I am so glad we did! I looked up a bunch of houses on Zillow one night and sent her an email in the morning with the ones I liked. She had appointments for tours set up within hours! She also gave us great advice when we put the offer in on our house and helped us navigate through the entire closing process. We love our house and I don't think we would have been able to get into without her help!

ZillowVERIFIED Jamie was so awesome in helping us find a home. Because we moved from across the country, we only had a few days to look at houses to possibly buy in Dubuque. Jamie was prepared when we arrived and we were able to see several houses. She knows the areas well and was able to tell us about the neighborhoods of each house we visited. When we finally found our new home, Jamie was always easy to contact with any questions or concerns we had leading up to the closing date. She was so kind and definitely knows her stuff. I would recommend her to anyone. I promise you won't be disappointed!
