The sale of the property I was involved with was done on behalf of an estate. It involved a trailer on land. Selling such property is much different in a number of ways, as we found out, than what would be considered a normal home sale. Jami was engaged and involved during the entire process, often anticipating the next occurence with remarkable accuracy. As a result, we were prepared in advance for the next steps and therefore things were moved along quickly. Looking back, the entire process was smooth and there was no furstration with the process in terms of the things we had control of. I certainly recommend Jami to anyone considering her representation.

Jami recently helped me locate and purchase a townhouse in Westminster, Colorado. As I was from out of state, I was not familiar with the area.
