The sale of the property I was involved with was done on behalf of an estate. It involved a trailer on land. Selling such property is much different in a number of ways, as we found out, than what would be considered a normal home sale. Jami was engaged and involved during the entire process, often anticipating the next occurence with remarkable accuracy.
