When a highly attractive house came on the market, Jay was there right away to send me a video. The house was great, so we made an offer the following day -- it was accepted and we closed less than four weeks later. Smooth sailing all the way. Review I have worked in real estate lending for 40 years so I have observed a lot of Realtors. I have followed Jami's success in my local neighborhood from a distance so she was the first realtor I called to interview about taking our listing. (Yes you should interview multiple Realtors). I asked her a lot of questions about her plans to market our property. She had done a lot of research about our place even before we met. She already had developed a plan. Jami and her team are top notch professionals in every aspect of the business. She was honest and clear about quality and condition of our property and what we needed to do to prepare for marketing. She gave us a detailed, well researched market sales based and documented market analysis as to what she thought was a reasonable listing price and reasonable expected sales price. She had a reasonable game plan for marketing and sale. She gave us good common sense tips on how to make our house most presentable for showings. Jami and her team communicated constantly with us about market activity. We got prompt feedback after showings. She gave us great advice as we sifted through multiple offers ( yes multiple offers) on how to respond and counter. Then once the contract was signed, she walked us through the buyer inspection process and finally to a smooth and uncomplicated closing. Jami was always very accessible whenever I had a question.
