What really sets James apart, however, is his ability to understand his clients on a personal level. The Marketing people he used took beautiful pictures and videos and the marketing in print and video was spectacular. Review My fiancA(C) and I could not have found a more knowledgeable and helpful realtor to help us with buying our first home. We have a baby on the way and expressed that we wanted something that we could fix up if needed but would be live in ready before our little one comes, and she payed the most attention to that detail for us. We looked at so many different homes and she was honest about what we would need to do to fix it or if she didnt feel like it was the right place for us, which was incredibly helpful and took a lot of stress off of our shoulders when we werent so sure. The beautiful home we have today, we would have never found without her spending her own time looking within our limits and adding it to our round of walk-throughs for the day. Review She will treat you like a business partner and make sure you get the best deal possible!Going into this market I was a bit optimistic as to what I could get with selling my house, but she did a great job to walk me to what we should list at by brining the facts. We listed on a Friday and by Monday we had multiple offers come in over listing price. We didnt get those offers because of the market as she helped show me why we needed to stage and then her managing the sellers agents to make sure we got the best offers. You will not go wrong with her as she truly looks out for your best interest and operates like a true business partner.

Review My husband and I cannot recommend James and his team highly enough! We initially found James through an online search and worked with him as sellers in Baltimore County. From the first meeting, James was extremely knowledgeable, direct, and fast. He got our house ready for listing within 1 week of our first meeting, and within 2 weeks, there were tons of foot traffic. James advised us every part of the way using data, experience, and logic. His advice turned out to be extremely accurate, and we were able to sell our house above listing price. Several months later, we were looking for our 2nd home - this time as buyers, and once we decided to buy in Howard County, we reached back out to James to request he be our agent, even though we werent even sure that was a region he covered. As our buyers agent through a lot of uncertainties due to COVID, James and his team (especially Sophia and Chrissy) made the process as painless as possible.
