I actually think we will miss meeting up with Jim at a showing. Hes been helping us for 5+ years and helped us navigate the changing and difficult market to find a home that fits us. He knew what we would like or not like and helped steer us away from things that look good on paper but not something wed make a serious offer on. Jim is a good aEURoepre-inspectionaEUR? inspection agent, always point out things that wed have to seriously consider for repairs and long term projects that would need our attention to protect our investment before putting an offer in and avoiding jumping into something wed regret. Jim was always readily available, which is why we did get the house we got. I'm sure we didnt make it easy for him, but he was there for everything we needed when we called on him. Cheers.
