ZillowVERIFIEDI was personally a commercial real estate broker for 10 years and have bought and sold 35 homes over the last 30 years. Selling this last property with James from a distance of 1,300 miles during a pandemic could have been quite a task. James however made this transaction one of the most positive Experiences I have had in my real estate career. His knowledge and professionalism and CALM style combined with his excellent communication throughout the process, made this deal a pleasure. I would absolutely recommend him as a broker you can trust to get the job done.

ZillowVERIFIED James knows the area and is pleasant to work with. He was very helpful in providing contacts during the due diligence period acting as the purchasing agent. This was on the recent purchase of a lot in Olivers Landing.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been working with James for the past 8 years selling properties that I owned in Hickory, NC. I can say that he has been the utmost professional in determining the best method to market and ultimately sell our properties especially in these difficult times. His knowledge of the area, relationships to builders and knowing when to raise or lower a selling price based on external market conditions was monumental in getting our properties sold. I could always count on James returning my calls in a timely manner and providing me with most current information when asked. I highly recommend as a premier real estate broker.

ZillowVERIFIED We cannot thank James enough for his assistance and diligence in selling out lot. We listed our piece of land with James when the market was certainly not at its peak, but he still found the time to answer all of our questions and exhibited quite a bit of patience with us. Even when there was lack of activity, James would still call to check in, update us on market conditions and talk about expectations, that mean a lot to us. At the end of the day, James negotiated the sale of our land, and helped us procure the highest price paid for a lot in Oliver's Landing in over ten years.A True Professional!!Thank you again James,Thomas and Francine Smith

ZillowVERIFIED James was absolutely amazing. He is one of the most kindest people you will ever encounter. He never made me feel like I was just a check. He hung in there with me when I got my first aEURoeNoaEUR? and my second aEURoeNoaEUR?. He stayed the course until I got my yes. I am now a proud homeowner and I owe that to James and his team. Even after I closed on my house James still calls to make sure I am happy. I am forever grateful for James. I would recommend James a thousand times over. He is wonderful.

ZillowVERIFIED James helped us purchase our retirement home. He is the Consummate Professional. Extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market & business in general, and of the local market. James was extremely responsive & available for our needs throughout the process and continues to be so even after closing. Being stationed out of town for most of the process, we cannot thank James enough for making things go smoothly. We have nothing but the highest recommendation for James if you ever need to buy/sell a home or lot/land.

ZillowVERIFIED We went to look at a house that James had listed and ended up using him as our realtor for the sale of our home as well. James has been nothing short of amazing. He answers every call, text, email no matter what time it is. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor, and in fact he has simply become a part of our family. Our children refer to him as aEURoegrandpaaEUR? and even asked what would happen to him after the closings. He is simply the best!
