Do Not recommend Jarvis Funderburk. Jarvis is he most unprofessional, poorly spoken, lackadaisical person I've ever dealt with in Real Estate. Zero homes sold in the last 12 months for good reason, he represents run down properties in poor condition, leaving them in an unlivable state with no action. Jarvis has no respect for others and has no place working with people. Jarvis is very argumentative and rude speaking to people to the point of shouting and making little sense. His communication skills rival those of a difficult child. Find a professional agent who represents sound homes in good condition, who is responsible with dignity and respect for others.

Tiffany is truly a professional at what she does and went above and beyond. Tiffany always answered my calls and text messages. There were a couple of times that she wasn't able to answer my phone call because she was assisting one of her clients and she called me soon after. I can say that she reads everything that I need to sign and if she finds something that isn't appropriate for me to sign, she let's me know and sends the paperwork back to be corrected.
