Jimmy is an absolute treat to work with. His local knowledge of the area was extremely helpful. Jimmy quickly learned what we were looking for by our reactions to the properties we looked at and helped us narrow the search with that knowledge. He eventually showed us our dream home that was soon to be listed. Jimmys insider knowledge helped us find the house and place an offer on it the second it hit the market. Jimmy is an expert negotiator and helped us get the best deal possible. Jimmy assisted with recommendations to area businesses and services as we moved to the area and made sure we felt comfortable in the community right away. He checked on us throughout the process and answered our questions with confidence and in an obvious caring way. Mt Wife and I whole-heartedly recommend Jimmy Schoonover for your real estate needs. He is a professional who relates easily with people and works hard to meet your needs.

Very knowledgeable of the real estate market. Professional, trustworthy and courteous. Jimmy has assisted me in my personal real estate purchases, as well as my investment properties. He knew what I was looking for and was able to present many options to me. I would highly recommend him for your buying or selling experience.

I have purchased 2 homes thru Jimmy and sold 1 as well. I had no idea what to expect when purchasing my first home and was overwhelmed with the process but Jimmy walked me thru each step and made buying a home a pleasant experience. He was attentive, helpful and understanding with both selling and purchasing my homes. I have gotten feedback from several friends and coworkers that I have sent Jimmys way and they have all been extremely pleased as well. Overall if you are looking for a realtor I recommend Jimmy Schoonover.

Jimmy Schoonover made my home buying experience fun and thorough. I was a very picky buyer but Jimmy stuck with me for months and showed many houses to me, often times shooting a listing to me minutes after it was posted. Jimmy met me after work and worked around my schedule. Jimmy is hands-down the best realtor in this area and doesnt quit until you get the house you want.
