James Schiller

I began in the real estate industry in 1998 on the financing side, as a loan originator providing mortgages for clients, by 2002 I founded and opened my own wholesale mortgage firm. In 2005 I got my real estate license, and never looked back. In the real estate crash of the late 2000s, I studied home and property insurance and even wrote property insurance for 2 years (that wasn't for me). I have extensive knowledge in new construction and renovation as well given I have flipped, renovated, and built homes so my clients love they can lean on me for almost any and everything real estate related.
