ZillowVERIFIEDI dealt with redden in building my home, he was a partner, I believe in Reliant Homes of King NC, he is the one that worked with me and I paid,My dirveway has a bent culvert which I did not discover for several months after I moved in and they just refuse to fix it, he also promise do fix the standing water in the front ditch within 90 days and over 3 years now the first landscraper has yet, to my knowledge, even show to take a lookdown below I put helped me buy a home or lot which he did and actually building a home

ZillowVERIFIED Our home buying process started back in August when Lindsay Cordial showed us a home that we found on Zillow and fell in love with. We knew we would have to sell our home in order to purchase and decided to sell with James because Lindsay had been so kind and helpful. Within a week of viewing our dream home the team had gotten our offer accepted and placed our old home on the market at more than what we had anticipated selling for. After within 2 weeks we received 2 offers on our 1880 farmhouse and chose the one that seemed to fit best. There were a million roadblocks between that offer at the end of September and our close date on November 30 (none to do with our end). Through every one of those roadblocks James, Jennifer, and Lindsay provided sound council, strong negotiation, and at times, listening ears when we thought it was all coming unraveled. Selling one home while buying another is an endeavor that is not for the faint of heart, but if I had to do it again, it would be with this team. I cannot express in words how grateful I am that they were our real estate team, or how highly I recommend them. From day one to signing day they were the dream team and I consider them to be friends. Although I'm glad the transaction is finally done, I will actually miss our regular communications. There really is no better real estate team!

In both instances of working with James he has been able to sell houses very quickly and have me under contract purchasing a home within the next couple of days. He was extremely easy to work with and helped to find me homes that would fit my needs and always available to answer any questions that I had relating to the buying process or even possible improvements that could be made to homes that I was buying. ZillowVERIFIED Cam and James were excellent from start to finish. There was never any pressure when they were showing us houses, but they worked hard to find the right one for us. We had a bumpy road getting our loan due to the unique nature of being in full time vocational ministry. They went above and beyond to help us every step of the way to get into our house. We have been in our new home almost a year as I write this review, and we couldn't be happier. They made sure and got us the most house we could get for the money we could spend (they actually got us more house then we should have been able to afford, but they negotiated a great deal for us.). We recommend these two guys to any and all friends we have that need to do anything in regards to real estate (buying or selling). Buying your first home is an exciting time, but also a stressful and scary one. These guys helped us through it.

ZillowVERIFIED We purchased a house in Winston-Salem, NC while our son attended school at Wake Forest University. We live out of state but last fall we spent some time updating the house to sell and meeting with four different real estate companies. It was depressing at first because the market to sell did not look good. But upon meeting James, I knew he was the Realtor that was going to sell the house quickly. James was honest, professional and "did what he said he would do" from getting comps for us to marketing the house on the venues that would give us the best exposure. James also had a VERY positive outlook and expected the house to sell close to the price we wanted- this was way more than any of the other agents. James knew the area and what other competition we faced. We listed the house with James around the first of January and closed by the end of March - AMAZING! Thankfully, we didn't need this as James and Cam were very candid in explaining the process and helping us draw up a contract that met all of our needs.
