Impressed me most re: Jimmy Ranieri was his integrity.... not motivated as much re: financial gains as serving client well and viewing negotiations as a way to satisfy both seller and buyer. Which I felt was commendable. It was important to me that I was fair to the buyer. And the transaction moved along flawlessly. Jimmy returned calls within 5-10 minutes, which , from my experience, is unheard of in the real estate profession. Bottom line..... very satisfied. Would , without s second thought, recommend him to any family members and close friends??????????
