The house sold quickly but closing date was long off. My fault I should have asked for sooner. For the most part Megan was very helpful but there were things being asked of us that I felt she knew we would not agree to, I understand she needed to ask us but felt she and buyers agent were trying to get the most for buyer - not us.

Though she is based out of Glenwood, when we were looking for a house in Council Bluffs, she put us in contact with a realtor in the area who found us a great starter home. When it was time for our growing family to make the move to Glenwood, Anne found the perfect place that suited the unique needs of a family that had 2 small children and a parent working from home. It was her thinking outside of the box that was so valuable to us. She knew what we wanted and found a home that, on paper, didnt seem like what we needed but in reality was exactly what we needed. We had six wonderful years in that house, but when it was time to move on, we once again turned to Anne. Like everything else in 2020, selling a house presented many challenges.
