He listened to what I wanted, even when I told him it didn't have to be the perfect house but the right one. He managed to fill both those almost impossible wishes. Just as important, he did it with it being a sight unseen purchase. Moving over state lines can be nerve wracking at the most but he even found me a realtor in Pawleys Island that, like James, was everything I needed. The two of them worked in tandem to make this move as easy as possible. Phone calls, texts and messages were always returned and paperwork was immediately expedited. After meeting with numerous people that were intimidating and throwing stats up in the air that I did not understand about how good they were, I walked into the Pitzer group and met Kelly. She did not mention any of her past achievements, but rather asked my fiance and I about who we are as people and wanted to actually get to know us, not just make a commission. After we decided to go with Kelly to help us find our new home, she got us set up in a very easy to use portal that had all of the listings in the area we were searching for, all within our budget (all set up by her). She was just a text away from meeting us at a house that we wanted to see, no matter what time of day or night it was. She was very honest and open as we walked through countless homes, pointing out the pros, but also the cons of each house, sharing all of her knowledge to help us avoid things that we did not want. She did not rush us in any way to buy a house, she was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process.
