ZillowVERIFIEDOver the years, my husband and I have both purchased and sold many properties. We have worked with agents both good and bad. We were introduced to James by my sister, he helped her family purchase their home, and they Spoke Highly of him! Right away he was Def our kind of person to work with! Over Months of us looking (only taking longer due to our prior home selling) James was always putting potential homes in view for us, answering questions at all hours of the day, placing contingent offers willingly and taking hours to show us home-over-home when we made the long trip up to our new town! His patience is way better than mine!! When it came time to giving offers, he was always honest and looking for Our Best interest, not the Top sell or dollar! Basically, he knows his stuff! A Great example of how he went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND for our family.... Our Family was closing on our selling home with a very tight dealine with the closing on our New Property. He Literally made a 2+ hour drive to our Bay Area selling property to ensure our 7am signing was completed and papers in His hand to drive the 2+ hours back through Bay Area traffic to ensure everything closed on time and all on a Friday. James also went above and beyond by visiting houses we liked when we werent able to. Taking very detailed video/descriptions to help us through the difficult decision making process. During the sale and closing period, he went out of his way to help us get estimates for repairs needed and spent hours dealing with our vendors for us. We are beyond grateful. My parents also used James during their house search and closed shortly after us! He took great care and treated them like family to ensure a great experience, make sure they picked a house in a neighborhood that suited their needs/not his.
