Finding our second home felt daunting and impossible, but Chris Raniere and his team made the process smooth and clear. It took just 22 days to close. We opened escrow on June 18th and closed on July 10th. Thats incredibly quick, especially considering that we will told it would be hard due it was a second house. Highly recommend Chris was very patient and informative, schedule wise he is very flexible, also he is very respectful and responsible, made us feel confident and supportede.
