He often pointed out things that someone without construction experience would probably overlook. He was always ready and available to show us homes and often texted us the latest listings to review. I would say to anyone buying a home to stay on top of your emails, as you will receive an endless array of documents from your agent to review and sign. When negotiating, James would make helpful suggestions to us based on his market experience. I would highly recommend James as an agent to help you buy or sell a home.
