ReviewBobby Nies is the best realtor in the business hands down! He is always there any day any time and is available to answer any questions needed. You can call Bobby at 9:00 on a Sunday night and he would answer to talk you through anything at all. His responsiveness is 2nd to none and his knowledge is right there with it. Bobby has been around the business for a long time and it really shows, hes just about seen it all and can help navigate any situation in any area. This is my second time having Bobby as my realtor and I would never for a single second consider using another realtor again. Bobby will fight for your wants and needs in all situations, and never pressures you into any one way of thinking. Bobby is not only an awesome realtor, he is an awesome human and I cannot possibly recommend him any more to anybody buying, or selling, a home in any situation.

Review Ive been buying, renting, and selling homes for over 20 years, including several higher-end rental properties, and I can honestly say that Bobby Nies is someone I trust and highly recommend. Bobby has helped me sell four houses and has shown me several properties I was interested in buying. He has always been honest with me and has given me good advice on buying, improving, and fixing up properties to get the most out of them when it comes time to sell. His advertising experience is another big advantage. What really stands out to me is that Bobby is willing to help even when there isn't anything in it for him. The last home he sold for me was part of my mother's estate after she passed away, with four siblings involved there was no guarantee Bobby would be the listing agent but even then he was willing to offer advice and help me work through things. That meant a lot to me and showed me the kind of person he is. Bobby also has experience with home inspections and a strong understanding of the real estate business. After more than 20 years of buying, renting, and selling homes, I know how important it is to have someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and looking out for your best interests. Bobby has earned my trust, and I will continue to turn to him for advice on future real estate purchases and sales. I don't recommend people lightly, but based on my personal experience, I would recommend Bobby Nies to anyone looking for a realtor they can trust.

Review I would give Marleine 100 stars if I could. I have bought and sold many houses in my lifetime, but have never had a more positive experience than I had with Marleine. She is an excellent communicator and kept me informed every step of the way. We were dealing with a difficult, unethical seller's realtor, and Marleine maintained her integrity throughout the entire process. She did such a great job for me, the seller recommended her to her own sister-in-law! You won't find a more pleasant, knowledgeable realtor than Marleine. I highly recommend her!

Review Don is the man and the agent you want when purchasing a home in Michigan. He is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and just an extremely kind and wonderful person. We were shopping for a home shortly after a sudden death in the family and he helped us and supported us every step of the way during a chaotic and hard time. Any question I had, he always had the answer right away, even tricky and complex ones. He is connected with all the other people you need during the process - inspectors, insurance brokers, title company folks, loan officers, etc. and will grease the wheels where needed to make sure things go smoothly. So so thankful for Don and will absolutely use him again the next time I am buying or purchasing property.

Review Showed us a ton of homes. Always available!! Extremely knowledgeable of the Fenton/Linden/Byron/Grand Blanc area. Knows tax boundaries where townships cross (tax purposes). Frankie works for you and will do what it takes to get the deal done. Kind of scary, but I don't think she sleeps more than 3 hours a night. Would recommend her to anyone. She rocks.

He was the only one to respond immediately to me - most never even responded at all including a close friend's family member!! We looked at two properties the next day and I purchased one!! And five years later he helped sell my condo and purchase my current house! Review James was very knowledgeable about the process and communicative. I would actually recommend having a point person for contact that will be available and responsive (especially text). Its also very nice that his business donates to a charity after every closing. He overheard me mention recognizing one of the smaller organizations on their list of recipients, and redirected a portion of the donation to them. Portions of our experience were bumpy but we chalk that up to it being our first purchase and a lack of great familiarity with the process. James was very patient with us in this regard.

Review We just wound him up, let him go and he,with his team, took us through a complicated sales of our previous home and purchase of the new one, with an answer for removing every obstacle. His internal and affiliated teams were on top of every potential problem that came up. Review James was very responsive. We were out of state buyers and he spent a lot of time looking at houses for us. He visited, he got pictures and measurements and he continuously kept us updated. After a few weeks of calibrating by reviewing listings he quickly identified the homes that could work. My son had several experiences with Jim, both in selling and buying, and his recommendation of Jim was spot on.
