James initially walked through the house with me and made recommendations for those things that might make my house appeal more to buyers while cautioning me against spending money on those that would not add value ( some of which I had planned to do). With projects that were likely beyond my scope, he helped by offering a list of professionals that were both reasonable and timely. Not having been in the housing market for many years, I appreciated his explanation of current market conditions, and those things to consider when timing the sale and determining an asking price for my home. I most appreciated his communication style. He was very respectful, answered any question I had promptly (even if it was after business hours) , and kept me well informed with every offer that came in. He also educated me in factors to consider when evaluating an offer. Because of James, everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I would highly recommend him to anyone getting ready to sell .

Review We choose James Knurek as our Realtor because we saw his for sale signs all over South Windsor and figured he must be doing something right. That turned out to be a correct assumption. James was very responsive in returning calls and in getting us information when needed. This doesnt always happen with Realtors. He gave us good advise and intel on our local housing market which translated into $35k over asking price! Review I met several other realtors before I chose who I wanted to work with in the end. James shone out from all of the other realtors. I really appreciated his honesty, how upfront he was with me at every turn and that he never tried to just please me by saying what he thought I wanted to hear. He truly wanted to help me in any way that he could. James is a very busy realtor, extremely hard working yet every time he was with me or talking to me I felt like I was his only client. He was very attentive.He is incredibly knowledgeable, very professional and warm and sincere. He answered every one of my phone calls, texts and emails quickly. He kept me informed every step of the way. Every single thing that he had told me throughout the whole process came true except that my house sold a lot faster than what I had imagined it would, which was a great surprise. Review In early 2017, I received a piece of mail with James Knurek's realtor information and it caught my attention. My husband and I had been planning to sell our home and buy a new one and didn't have a real estate agent picked out yet. I had consulted with a couple in the previous 2-3 years and just didn't get a good feel, so we thought - okay, we'll ask James to come over and we'll see. Immediately, we were both extremely impressed with his knowledge and willingness to provide such local information about the market and especially the recent foundation issues here in the state they we knew very little about. He performed a market analysis for us and started showing us properties even though we weren't quite ready yet. And then finally we were, and what a whirlwind experience. But James handled it very calmly, lead us through the process, and was extremely available to us through email and texting.
