ZillowVERIFIEDWe live in Nevada and James helped us sell our block of 5 lots in Clearlake. The lots were bought as an investment and James assisted us in obtaining a reasonable return. His knowledge and assistance was invaluable in selling these lots, which had been listed with several other realtors in recent years. In our case, James acted on behalf of ourselves and the buyer with fairness to both parties. We highly recommend James to any perspective sellers or buyers.
ZillowVERIFIEDJames has an incredible knowledge. Being a first time buyer, he was able to educate and get documentation sent way before deadlines. He is an amazing asset to the local community. Kept me posted on every step and up-to-date in advance of the selling agent. Can conclude his superiority to other realtors will get you the deal you want! Thank you.
ZillowVERIFIEDJames is a professional and experienced realtor who is very easy to work with and he is responsive to the needs and requests of his clients. ZillowVERIFIEDJames sold a lot for me, not a home, but there was no option on reviews to choose sell a lot. It was a lot I had been paying taxes on for over 20 years and never intended to use for my own personal needs and it was a relief when James contacted me and offered to list it for me. Other realtors over the years did nothing to promote the listing when I occasionally tried listing it. This time it clicked and within days I had a cash offer beyond my expectations. The process was flawless and James was very responsive and answered all of my questions and respected my concerns about some buyer requests that I decided to ignore. I am a very happy customer. My deal closes today so not expecting any glitches....only a check.
ZillowVERIFIEDJames helped us in buying our first home which we absolutely love. He is very passionate about his business and enjoys what he does which makes it a more enjoyable experience for others involved as well. He is knowledgeable about the area and history of lake county and very importantly, he has intuition and knows what his buyers are looking for which keeps the process conducive and an efficient use of everyones time. We were very impressed with his professionalism when communicating with others and how much more personable he is compared with other realtors. It took us 6 months to find a place due to the fires this summer and our lack of really looking in the beginning and he was always very patient with us and never made us feel rushed to get into something we didnt love and wasnt perfect for us. We were very happy with his recommendations for contacts. You can tell he has been in the business for a long time and is a well-respected individual. We highly recommend working with him if you are looking for someone that truly cares about your wants and needs and puts a lot of work and time into finding you a home you are excited about. We are very grateful for all of the help and time he has given us.

When I decided to sell it he wrote letters to the surrounding neighbors informing them of the availability of my lot. One of them decided to buy it. James always returned my calls in a timely manner and was everything went smoothly. Thank you James.
