We had to sell my grandmothers home in an older area of Sacramento that we didnt know well, and James knew the area, knew the market for the area, and was able to list the home at an appropriate price. He dealt with the several offers for purchase, showed me the pros and cons of each offer, and together with his help, I accepted an offer for $10k over our asking price. We had a super fast escrow (less than 2 weeks) that went so smoothly.James was great to work with. I wouldnt have known how to do the sale without his help and professional guidance.
