James has qualified assistants within his Keller- Williams office and Danielle was an amazing team leader when James took one day off. We then conferred regularly on how we might strategize an on the market date and an open house date. All through this process James was my contact. He was available and his communication skills are excellent. Seriously, there are some issues that occur during any transaction but James is a clear thinking resourceful professional. He always has an excellent answer for every question that arises. He had multiple offers the first day of the open house and he helped determine which buyer is best qualified. In the end there were no issues with his sale. For my subsequent purchase James was the most patient professional.
