We looked for a home on and off for years, often becoming discouraged by the market. We initially were working with another Realtor but decided to work with James after meeting him. James did a fantastic job in marketing & selling our house in a very short period of time. James was as professional through and through and even went beyond by purchasing new smoke detectors and installing them for us. In the past we have used other real estate agents and at that time the standard answer was "call your lawyer"......James did not do this but was involved in every step and provided updates along the process to us. He was very much involved through the closing and would certainly use him again when it is time to buy. During this time when we discussed the topics of the moment he always had an answer and never deflected to anyone else.
