He was able to point out positives and negatives and helped me make a final decision. ZillowVERIFIED Scott and his team were extremely helpful throughout our entire selling process. They met with us before we had listed and came prepared with comps in the area that helped us list at a competitive price. He was very receptive to our needs when it came to showing the house (we have a 1 year old son and 2 dogs). We had a situation with a difficult buyer that lasted 2 months. James and Scott worked hard to handle it correctly and represented us well throughout the process. The buyer fell through and we had to relist the home. After just 4 days and 14 showings we had a signed purchase agreement and closing date. Have already recommended his services to family, friends and co-workers and will continue to do so.
