James and Kate did a phenomenal job, finding us an apartment within two weeks that fit our needs. While they specialize in Scottsdale, they were able to recommend some great properties in Chandler and were very proactive ion sending suggestions. You don't feel like you're pushed into a sale but rather guided though the process by a team that understands what you're looking for.

When I tell you these 2 showed up and showed out, they definitely did their job and a d*** good one I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They don't just treat you like a client or a number. They treat you like a human being and get to know you on a personal level. Your wants, your needs. It's all about you, and that's what I love about them. They're honest, straightforward. And very trustworthy. They make buying and selling fun. They have an awesome sense of humor don't get me wrong. They definitely take their job seriously, but they know how to have fun doing so.
