He made sound decisions as to when to put a deadline on the showings. He navigated through our first buyer who messed us over at every turn. He got us a second and final buyer after 1 day back on the market and he even pushed that closing date up by 2 weeks. We ended up only closing a week and a half later than originally scheduled with the first buyer. The person who took the photos did a great job.
