James Duncan sold my house in 30 days !!! Then helped me find my dream home (I love it) . Then sold 9 acres of vacant land. Yes I will definitely use him in the future. He is very knowledgeable and will negotiate the best deal for you. I highly recommend him! Thank you James ! Shirley Schafer

If buying or selling a home is one of the biggest and potentially emotional things you'll ever do, you want to make sure that the individual you have helping you and guiding you has your best interests at heart. That's an increasingly rare quality to find in people nowadays. My wife and I were incredibly fortunate to have James Duncan take very good care of us on our long, arduous hunt for a new home. Our needs changed during our hunt, our target markets changed, and we were shopping everything from foreclosures, to ranches, to multi-family, to multi-level both in suburbia and in slightly more rural areas. This went on for months. Through the entire process James was always ready, willing and able...he offered insight and expertise, advice, and did it all with a smile. He takes a lot of pride in his work, is ambitious, courteous, and professional. He quickly earned our trust, which is not easy to do, and found us the perfect home at the right price. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.

James is the best plain and simple. He was on top of every question and concern that I had. Felt with the seller and the lender for me promptly. Recommend him to everyone. One of the nicest guys you will ever meet.

We started to work with James after a bad experience with a realtor team from another agency. I wish we worked with him from the beginning. Lesson learned! His response time with answering our questions and requests for showings was super quick. His knowledge is vast in all areas that are important to a buyer, including location/neighborhood, structure and build, maintenance, etc. He pointed a lot of things out that otherwise would've gone unnoticed. He really made us feel like finding our new home was just as much a priority for him as it was for us. He made it seem like he was just as invested. Once we started to work with him we had a much more productive house hunting experience. I highly recommend James to anyone looking for their next home!

James originally was our son's realtor. He went the extra mile for him taking us to every house our son saw, no matter how far. Then we decided to look for a house and James was the only person we wanted. He is so kind and patient and very knowledgeable about the area and any problem it may have. He found us THE PERFECT house and I will always be greatful!!
