We met with Jim after rejecting a cash offer for our condominium. We thought the price offered was weigh too low, and wanted to have our property marketed more agressively. We were very impressed by his marketing strategies, and were ready to sign with him. Before doing so, he showed us some comparable properties along with their asking and selling prices. It didn't take long for us to realize we should have accepted the cash offer. In light of our situation, he encouraged us to go back to our previous real estate agent, to ask if the cash buyers were still around, and to come back to him if they had already moved on. Today we are looking at closing on our condominium, and realize it's largely thanks to Jim. We would recommend his services to anyone looking to hire a real estate agent.
