ZillowVERIFIEDSonia and AARE were our property managers for years. They took care of everything while we were living overseas, so we had complete peace of mind. Sonia also worked tirelessly to sell that house when it was time. It was a very smooth and easy process. Thank you all so much for your careful attention to both us and the renters over the years and buyers once we sold the home. We appreciate all your support!

ZillowVERIFIED Over the last 5 years in the Fort Drum area, we've had the unique experience being renting tenants, home buyers, landlords, and home sellers with Sonia and her team at All American Real Estate. Their veteran, family owned operation understands the peculiarities of life in FDNY, from weather patterns to deployment schedules and the impacts they all have on the communities throughout the area. The advocated for us as tenants when issues arose and we felt equally represented on the other side as our property managers through to the final closing of home sale. We recommend them to anyone heading there, and will definitely patron them again should we find our way back to the North Country.

ZillowVERIFIED Sonia was fantastic since day 1 of my home buying experience. She would advise me with the pros and cons and walk through videos of the homes I was interested in. She is very responsive and will do anything she can to answer questions and help your experience. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Sonia Conlin at All American Real Estate was very positive and I would highly recommend her as your realtor. She was extremely helpful in advising us what do prior to listing our house for sale, and kept us well informed of her progress throughout the entire process. She carefully explained any details, was very pleasant to work with, and clearly understands the local real estate market. We listened to her professional recommendations, followed her advice, and are very happy with the outcome.

ZillowVERIFIED Danny is by far is the best agent to work with. We really felt at ease knowing he was helping us search for a home. He always showed a positive and knowledgeable way about the real estate market. He never was afraid to find information for us regarding our home search questions. He really was friendly and went above what an agent does, in terms of helping us with paperwork, the contract, the closing, etc. , before and after the sale. He really is a true friend in the sense that hes committed to not only communicating positively but in all our times of need, he showed us great courtesy, honesty and integrity. That is his policy. Danny always answered his many texts and phone when ever we called. He never gave up on us. We looked at dozens of homes and he always got us right in to see them. He never complained or kept us waiting. Hes very prompt and very respectful...and he was happy about going all over to view homes. He always showed great manners when dealing with other professionals in the real estate business. We give him a huge thumbs up, because hes a real go getter, professional, hard worker and a true friend! Hes a great asset to us. Always kind and helps us with any issues concerning our home we purchased. He sets a wonderful standard for young realtors. We feel, He will be at the top of his game and a real trend setter in the real estate market for years to come! He comes from a wonderful family owned business as well, and they always helped us too! Thanks again to All American Real Estate and thank you Danny Conlin!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike was awesome through every step of our home buying process. He took us to dozens of houses over the Ft. Drum area, answered late night questions, shoveled snow to make countless paths for me and my family to walk through, and was there assisting us through every step of the way. I cannot recommend the Conlin realty services enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike Conlin and all American went above and beyond our realitor expectations. Mike was well informed, personable, and a delight to work with! From going to see MANY MANY houses sometimes even on very short notice, shoveling snow paths to houses that were unoccupied, to always answering or texting us right away day or night with any questions or concerns we may have had. He was DEFINITELY in our corner making sure we found our perfect home! He made our first home purchase easy and enjoyable; we couldnt have asked for a better realitor. Thank you, mike and all American for your hard work in finding our home. We will be spreading your recommendations to all our friends and family!

ZillowVERIFIED Sonia was wonderful in all aspects. She is very friendly and easy to deal with. My house was on the market for a couple of years but after several showings it finally sold. I live in Arizona, Sonia always informed me when the house was being shown or of any issues or problems that were of a concern. I highly recommend Sonia and ALL AMERICAN REAL ESTATE. Thank you Sonia.

ZillowVERIFIED Sonia and her All American Real Estate Team are totally awesome. They managed our rental home in Black River NY for over 7 years and helped us negotiate the final sales contract less than 30 days after we decided to sale our house. We are very pleased and happy with her and her team's services and would gladly use her again. We had a basement flood when a water pipe broke and her team coordinated everything from the clean-up, to our insurance claim, and our replacement of the furnace and hot water heater. This is the best property management team in the Fort Drum/ Watertown area in my mind.

ZillowVERIFIED James Conlin was our RE agent and helped us sell a Watertown two family home that we inherited. It was in desperate need of many repairs and definitely a challenge. He offered his expertise, referrals for reputable repair services, PATIENCE and confidence that it would sell. This was, without a doubt, a difficult house to sell but he remained committed to us and am happy to say the house recently sold.

ZillowVERIFIED I moved to Ky two years ago to be close to my Daughter. I have two houses in Black River that need managed, I contracted James and Sonia to look after my houses, since then All American Real Estate has had new renters move in, one house needed some work done to it and James had people that took care of all the work at a very good price.I am 71 years old and it makes me feel very good to have the worry of having out of state property off my mind, and I always have my rent check by the 7th of the month.Good Job All American..
