Wanted to let other potential buyers or sellers know that if you pick Jim to work with you will be glad you did. Jim helped us sell a couple investment properties that we had in Savannah / Rincon Ga. area. He was well informed of the real estate market and gave great advice along the way. One of the properties was a fixer upper and Jim talked us into listing it for a higher price than we thought we could sell for and he was right. The property ended up selling quickly for more than what we were going to list for. So he put a few extra thousand in our pocket because of his market knowledge.The other property that we sold at a retail price needed a roof and Jim referred us a great roofing contractor that did a great job, very efficiently at a surprisingly low cost. I remember Jim saying that he has a handy man that can take care of the more minor repairs, which can be a big weight off your shoulders if repairs are needed on a property prior to closing.
