James Chung was the realtor who managed the recent sale of a house in Fresh Meadows I inherited from my sister. I have lived in apartments all my life, and had never owned or sold real estate. A consummate professional, James clearly and patiently explained the process, and his strategy for the selling the house. He was also extraordinarily effective in selling the house. The price he negotiated within days of the house being on the market was significantly higher than what had been estimated, and he took a firm stance in insisting the buyer take the house aEURoeas is,aEUR? saving me the expense and hassle of clearing out the furniture and other things in the house and garage.
