I felt that James did a great job representing his clients' interests, and put in effort to make sure things progressed smoothly on both sides. He was professional, knowledgeable, very responsive (at all hours), and respectful. He successfully negotiated to close the deal in a very timely manner. I've ran across many realtors in the process of selling my house, and James is solidly within the better half of the mix.

He is patient, he is knowledgeable, he is honest, and one of the most hardworking men I know. You see something that interests you, he will get on it asap. I just cannot say enough about Jim. And P.S. I have purchased 2 homes from Jim, as well as property. I have sold 2 houses and property with him as well. It's hard to find amazing business partners to work with these days. You will never feel like a burden to James. He could be working with 10 clients that week, you wouldn't know it. He always makes you feel like you are the only one.
