We worked with James Buckley and Canopy Property Group to buy a house in Maryland. James was incredibly patient with us and our timeline, he was responsive and available for our family when we needed him, and he helped us secure the home we wanted at below list price. He also has young children so he really understood where we were coming from. When there were inspection hurdles, James gave us all the information we needed to make decisions, and showed us the path to success. He recommended excellent contractors too. Weve purchased and sold homes before, and I can tell you that James is a true professional and youll be in very good hands working with him and his team.

Just bought a home in Baltimore September 2021! James made the home buying process incredibly easy and stress-free. Working with James is an absolute pleasure. My wife, Leia, and I started looking for our first home early this year and needless to say it is a sellers market. This did not dissuade James, though, who is an eternal optimist (one of the many things that we loved about working with him) and he guided us expertly through the home buying journey. James was responsive, always took the time to explain things thoroughly, and went above and beyond when it came to negotiating on our behalf and getting the job done. When we found the home for us, not only did James stay on top of everything from the negotiating process to close, he literally took a half day on the day before closing to make sure the seller had completed all of the contingency items.
